Alkalising Recipe of the Week – Alkaline Fruit Balls

Tempt your taste buds with these delicious alkaline fruit balls – they are the perfect snack when you want a bit a of a sweet treat plus they incorporate loads of nutrient dense superfoods.


1 cup ground almonds (or any nut you like)

1 tbsp Morlife Chia seeds

1 cup medjool dates, chopped fine

1 tsp Morlife Alkalising greens pH 7.3

2 tbsp Morlife Goji Berries

1 tsp lemon rind

1 tsp Agave syrup or honey

1 tbsp desiccated coconut



Add nuts into food processor and blend until chunky. Add all ingredients into the same food processor except the coconut. Once it comes away from the sides it is ready to roll into balls, roll in coconut.

Store in an airtight container.

Refrigerate – will last 1 week.
