Christmas Choc Mint truffles

I found this delicious recipe on MindBodyGreen  and tweaked it a little to incorporate some super-tasty, super-boosting seeds for that extra energy punch! These bite-sized chocolate cacao truffles are perfect for you to share or give away as delightful Christmas treats this summer!

Ingredients (Wet)

½ cup Roasted Morlife sacha inchi seeds

¼ cup Raw walnuts

1/3 cup Raw cacao powder

8 Medjool dates, dried

2 tbsp Almond butter

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Ingredients (Dry)

2 tbsp Morlife Chia seeds

3 large Candy cane, crushed

  1. Using a food processor, place all wet ingredients and blend at high speed for 1-2 mins. This should form a moist but gritty mixture. Pour the ingredients into a mixing bowl and knead until it becomes a ‘doughy’ texture.
  2. Divide the dough into mini bite-size balls and divide equally so you can coat them with your favourite flavour. Omega-3 boosting chia seeds or minty-licious candy cane!
