Energizing Boiled Pear with Goji and Blueberry Sauce

pearIngredients

  • 1 peeled pear
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 3 cups filtered water to boil
  • 1/3 cup Morlife goji berries, soaked for one hour
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp Morlife Antiox reds powder
  • Lemon rind

Directions

  • Boil the pear covered with the filtered water with a stick of cinnamon and lemon rind in a sauce pan for 15 – 20 min
  • Add the blueberries to the remaining hot water and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Blend the goji berries, warm blueberries, Antiox Reds powder in the food processor or mixer until smooth
  • Pour the sauce over the warm pear and serve
