Goji and Golden Berry Bar


Antioxidants have been all the rage this month. Goji berries and golden berries are particularly popular for their super high antioxidant content. While they make wonderful snacks on their own, they are even more delicious when incorporated in raw food recipes. Goji and Golden Berry Bar

3/4 cup cacao butter, melted
1 cup agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp Himalayan salt
1 cup cacao powder
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup goji berries (I like Morlife goji berries)
1/2 cup golden berries (I like Morlife golden berries)

Blend all ingredients except berries until well combined. Place mixture in a bowl and stir in berries. Spread mixture in a square or rectangular baking dish lined with baking paper and refrigerate for around 20 minutes to allow mixture to harden. Cut into squares and enjoy!
