Great Greens Recipe

Here are some great ways to incorporate your greens into your daily diet!

Greens Energy Balls

+ ½ cup dried and pitted medjool dates

+ 50g dried Morlife Goji berries

+ 1/2 cup unsalted mixed nuts (Any combination from your local supermarket will be great)

+ 50g Chia seeds

+ 1/3 cup tahini

+ 1 tsp Morlife Barley grass powder

+ 1 tsp Morlife Wheatgrass powder

+ Agave nectar or honey to taste

+ ½ cup desiccated coconut

Throw all the ingredients into a food processor and blend for 2 minutes. Add your desired amount of honey or agave nectar if the mixture is too dry or you’d like it to be sweeter. This would make a crumbly mixture. Pour into a mixing bowl and knead the mixture together. Divide and roll the mix equally into bite-size energy balls. Coat the greens ball with desiccated coconut and leave to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Get ready to indulge in your energy-packed, super greens snack balls!

 

Cleansing Greens Smoothie

+ 2 slices of pineapple

+ 1 apple

+ 5 slices ginger

+ 1 tsp Morlife Barley grass powder+ 3 stalks celery

+ 1 tsp Morlife Wheatgrass powder

Blend all ingredients together, add ice cubes and serve.
