Here are some quick and easy ways to incorporate soy protein powder into your diet. Soy protein isolate has a typical pure, bland taste that goes well with many different flavours.

Peanut Butter and Soy Protein Bar

1 cup of soy protein (I like to use Morlife’s Soy Protein Isolate)

1.5 cups of crunchy peanut butter2 tbsp of honey

3 cups of oats

1.5 cups of chopped almonds

50g of dried fruit (Choose nutrient dense berries for an extra energy punch, dried golden berries from Morlife are absolutely divine!)

Put all the contents in a large bowl. Mix with hands. Keep a cup of water on the side. If contents are too dry, sprinkle a little water to moisten. The final mix should form into a cookie dough. Flatten  the dough using a rolling pin and equally divide into 30g size bars. Pack the bars into a large tray, use baking paper to divide the layers from each other so they don’t stick and leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour. Once set, enjoy your protein bar at home, on-the-go, everywhere!
