Recipe Idea Goji-nana Muffins

1 cup self raising flour

1 cup natural yoghurt

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup olive oil

1 egg

1/4 cup sugar

2 bananas, mashed

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp goji berries


Preheat oven to 220°C. In a bowl, combine rolled oats and yoghurt with a spoon. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients into the yogurt mixture, in this order – egg, oil, sugar, banana, flour – and mix gently. Spoon mixture into the oiled muffin tray, bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked in the centre.
