Red Snapper-Collard Wrap

Ingredients: 1 medium collard leaf, stemmed and washed;
3 tablespoons hummus;
1/3 cup (or so; store-bought or homemade) crumbled cooked red snapper;
¼ Hass avocado, diced;


1. Remove the stem from the collard leaf.

2. Spoon hommus onto half of the collard leaf, top with avocado, snapper and sprouts.

3. Roll leaf into a wrap and enjoy!
