Refreshing Antioxidant Drinks for Summer!

Here are some recipes for you to have and be creative with, an absolute antioxidant feast your body will enjoy!

 Choc Berry Delight Smoothie


Ingredients (serves 1) :

½ cup Blueberries*

½ cup Raspberries*

½ cup Strawberries*

½ Banana

30g Dark chocolate shavings

1 cup milk of your choice (cow’s milk, almond milk, soy milk, rice milk)

Steps: Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth consistency. Pour into chilled glass cups and serve.

*If berries are not in season, use 1 cup frozen mixed berries and this will be just as delicious.



Refreshing Goji Green Tea

Ingredients (serves 1):

2 tbsp Morlife dried goji berries

1 Green tea bag

½ Lemon squeezed

Manuka Honey, to taste

6 Ice cubes

Steps: Steep green tea bag in hot water, add lemon juice and Manuka honey to taste and throw in the ice cubes. Finally add Morlife Goji berries and leave to stand for 5 minutes. This should hydrate the berries causing it to become plump and its natural sugars will also be release. Enjoy!
