6 Easy Acai Recipes

acai bowlAcai breakfast bowl

1 frozen banana

1 cup mixed berries

½ cup coconut milk

1 tbsp. almond butter

1 tbsp. Morlife Acai Powder

¼ cup walnuts, chopped

½ banana, sliced

1 tbsp. shredded coconut

  1.  Blend banana, mixed berries, coconut milk, almond butter and acai powder together in a food processor on high speed until smooth.
  2. Place in a serving bowl and top with walnuts, banana and shredded coconut.

Acai Butter Spread

1 cup cashew nuts

2 tsp. Morlife Acai powder

A little water (as needed)

  1.  Grind cashew nuts down with a clean coffee grinder or food processor until resembles a fine powder
  2. Add a little water to the cashew mixture so it becomes a thick paste.
  3. Add the acai powder and blend until combined.
  4. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes before use.

1 cup pitted, unsweetened dates

½ cup almonds

¼ cup Morlife Quinoa Grain, cooked and cooled

¼ cup raw cacao powder

¼ cup Morlife Acai Powder

½ tsp. vanilla extract

¼ cup dark chocolate chips

A pinch of salt

  1. Cook quinoa as per instructions on the bag.
  2. Line a slice tin with baking paper.
  3. Put all ingredients in a food processor.
  4. Blend until ground finely and mixture begins to stick together.
  5. Put mixture into slice tin and press firmly into pan with another piece of baking paper
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 mins.  Cut into 12 bars.

½ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup Morlife chia seeds

¼ cup quinoa puffs

½ cup sesame seeds

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1 cup of pitted dates, (soaked in a little water to soften if needed)

½ cup raisins

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

¼ cup raw cacao powder

3 tbsp. Morlife Acai powder

1 tbsp. cinnamon powder

A pinch of sea salt

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

  1. In a food processor, blend the seeds until a coarse consistency. Add the rest of the dry ingredients. Blend until mixed well
  2. Add the fruit and pulse till paste forms.
  3. Slowly pour the coconut oil in while the food processor is running, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Once a ball forms, scoop the mixture out and place on baking paper.  Roll the mixture into a sausage shape. Wrap up and set in fridge for 30 minutes to harden. Cut into 1-inch slices.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.


acai chia puddingChocolate Acai Chia Pudding

¼ cup Morlife chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp. Morlife Acai Powder

100g mixed frozen berries, thawed

½ tbsp. cacao powder

½ tsp. stevia

  1. Pour the chia seeds into a bowl.
  2. Blend the almond milk, acai, cacao powder, and stevia in a blender or food processor. Pour over the chia seeds and stir well.
  3. Cover and store the pudding in the fridge for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. When ready to serve, remove the pudding from the fridge, stir well (add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency)
  5. Top with fresh fruit of your choice


acai smoothieKale, Berry and Acai Power Smoothie

1 ripe banana

1/3 cup blueberries

1/3 cup strawberries

½ cup kale leaves (remove the hard parts of the stalks)

¼ cup almond milk

1 tbsp. ground flaxseed

1 tbsp. almond meal

1 tbsp. Morlife chia seeds

1 tbsp. Morlife Acai powder

1 tsp. cinnamon powder


  1. Simply place all the ingredients in a blender together
  2. Depending how thick you like your smoothie then can add more almond milk if you prefer.
