Gluten-free Herbal Recipes

Everybody knows how to make a nice cuppa tea, but why not spice them up with some interesting, creative recipes using fresh fruits and whole herbs! These recipes are all gluten free and bursting with vitamins and antioxidants so you can enjoy this nourishing beverage, hassle free, worry free!

Hot Rooibos Tea

Ingredients:redbush tea

3 bags Morlife Red Bush (Rooibos) Tea

250g Fresh cranberries

2 Cinnamon sticks

2 Oranges, juiced

2 Lemons, juiced

Honey, to taste

Boiled water

Directions:

In a medium sized pot, steep Morlife rooibos tea in boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the teabags, then add fresh cranberries and boil mixture on low heat for 30 minutes. Once the cranberries have softened, add cinnamon sticks, orange juice, lemon juice and honey to taste. Cover and steep for another 30 minutes. Serve as a warm beverage.

 

Strawberry Iced Tea

Ingredients:
strawberry

Strawberries, sliced

5 bags Morlife Echinacea boost

Honey

Water

Ice cubes

Directions:

Steep Morlife Echinacea tea in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Transfer to a pitcher and mix the tea with strawberries and honey. Refrigerate until cold and serve over ice.

 

Citrus Green Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients:
greentea

3 bags Morlife Green Tea Antiox

2 lemons, juiced

1 lemon, sliced

1 sprue Mint leaves

Honey

Water

Ice cubes

Directions:

Steep Morlife Green Tea Antiox in hot water then leave to cool and add lemon juice and honey. Chill in the refrigerator until it cool. Serve over ice in tall glasses with a slice of lemon and mint leaves.
