High Fibre Super Mexican Salsa!

Here’s an amazing recipe specifically designed to make your insides happy and healthy. A high- fibre, nutritiously dense Mexican salsa that will have you craving for more!

Salsa Ingredients


1 Red capsicum, diced

1 Avocado, diced2 Tomatoes, diced

1 Red onion, chopped

1 clove Garlic, chopped

1 cup Black beans, canned

1 cup Lettuce

1 Zucchini, diced

goji plain


1 Mango, diced

2 tbsp Morlife Pomegranate arils2 tbsp dried Morlife Goji berries

3 tbsp Plain yoghurt

½ Lemon, squeezed

Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation steps:

Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir them all up. Instead of plain nachos, use wholegrain corn chips or wholegrain crackers to increase your fibre intake. You may also like to add grilled salmon on the side for a more filling, delicious meal.
