2 oranges, peeled and chopped
1 cup fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped

2 kiwis, peeled and chopped

1 cup coconut water

 

Throw all ingredients into a high speed blender and mix until smooth.

 

Spinach, lemon and lime

2 oranges, peeled and chopped
1 lime, peeled
1/2 lemon, peeled
1 large handful baby spinach leaves
2 cups coconut water

1 banana

2 tbsp goji berries
